In a concert including Bruch ’s classic concerto in G and the Jersey Youth Choir singing Brahms and Mendelssohn. Led by Eamonn Dougan and concluding with Brahms’ great Symphony No 1 the chief conductor of the Jersey Chamber Orchestra this will be a night to remember.
Celebrate Jersey's Young Artist 2024 - Omara Silvester with uplifting music, songs and a string quartet! This exciting programme will include songs such as ''Ave Maria'' by Caccini and ''Walking in the Air - The Dance of the Snowmen'' by Howard Blake.

Our final night in the 2023 International Guitar Festival sees acclaimed jazz and blues guitarist Remi Harris presenting an evening of music ranging from the acoustic jazz of the 30s and 40s to the electric blues of the 60s and 70s.

Featuring on the sound tracks of Mission Impossible and James Bond, El Amir is a multi-ethnic musician, multi-instrumentalist, composer, arranger, musical director, producer and maestro. He‘s considered one of the best concert guitarists in today‘s flamenco scene, defined by his personality, maturity, sound and style. El Amir has been playing flamenco guitar and the Arabic oud since he was seven years old, and has been performing on stage for 30 years.
El Amir has collaborated with a long list of artists including Radio Tarifa, Chambao, Marcus Miller and Juno Reactor. He is also the featured guitarist in the The World of Hans Zimmer Tours that have performed for sold-out arenas throughout Europe.

This concert features a world premiere arrangement of Julian Joseph’s ‘Islands’. Music in Action is honoured to host the first hearing of this piece for Jazz Trio and violin, as well as jazz classics by Julian.

The show in the Liberation Festival tells this remarkable story through songs, piano music and words.

Nine musicians led by Harriet Mackenzie perform music from the Arrival of the Queen of Sheba to coronation anthems. The concert features music by such royal composers as Purcell and Handel in a joyful end to this coronation day.
Internationally acclaimed Singer, Pianist and Songwriter Joe Stilgoe will be performing a collection of Medleys and his own takes on popular songs such as ‘Shape of you’, ‘Jellicle Cats’ and many more well-known songs. Known for his refreshing take on Jazz in the 21st century, Joe has released 8 albums. Joe not only performs classic tunes as though they have just been released but also writes tunes that sound like old favourites.
