A massive thanks go to the Ida Girls who came to Jersey in July to raise funds for the charity Music in Action. Led by local soprano this talented group of 4 singers were applauded by the audience at Government House. Thanks to the Lieutenant- Governor several hundred people were able to enjoy the stunning gardens which were a perfect backdrop for a mixture of classic songs from opera to the shows. Supported by talented pianist Dominic Ferris who played a terrific set of songs from Elton John to more modern favourites and cellist Hannah Lewis, the afternoon was a delight to listen to.
