Cantabile is a friendly SATB chamber choir specializing in performing the finest church music from the Renaissance to the present day. Regularly invited to sing Choral Evensongs, concerts and special services in the many fine churches in Jersey, we have also sung in English cathedrals (most recently in Leicester, July 2018). In recent years the choir has sung regularly in Normandy & Brittany - in Coutances Cathedral and churches in Agon-Coutainville, Gratot & Virey in Normandy, and in Eglise St. Méen in Cancale, Brittany. The choir also occasionally sings for civic services, services of Confirmation and Ordination; for weddings and memorial services and also for corporate and private events.

Cantabile will be singing classical music written when the Manor was being built by composers including Dowland - Come again, sweet love doth now invite, Gibbons - The silver swan to Ralph Vaughan-Williams - The dark eyed sailor to modern classics such as Paulus - The road home and The teddy bears’ picnic.

Lee Allison’s father taught him how to play guitar when he was a young boy, ever since then his life has evolved around music. his style of playing is heavily influenced by latin music such as Bossa Nova, Samba, Tango, Spanish Romantic and many more. Playing guitar has always been a huge part of his life, he has travelled across the world with his guitar, picking up pieces of music along the way from every corner of the globe.

Lee is playing Mahna De Carnival by Luiz Bonfa' (Carnival Morning), one of the most famous Bossa Nova compositions to gain popularity outside Brazil, and 'Historia De Un Amor’ by Carlos Eleta Almarán’, a Panameños romantic piece (Spanish for "a love's story") about a man's old love written after the death of the composer’s brother's wife.

Charlie Dicker is the current Jersey Young Musician of the Year 2021. Charlie will perform a set including Leaning on a lamppost, O mistress mine, and Luck be a lady. Charlie studies with Gitte-Maj Donoghue.

Jersey Saxophone Quartet is an exciting ensemble performing cool jazzy riffs. They will perform River Sketches a relaxing and Cool Saints - a jazz play on the melody Oh when the saints go marching in.
