Performers fill the picturesque cove and its environs with music. Come and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Ouaisne to St Brelades Church starting from the Old Smugglers Inn with a guided walk serenaded by international violin soloist Harriet Mackenzie and friends. Stunning music includes Amy Beach’s Romance, Histoire du Tango by Piazzolla, a Beethoven Romance and much more.
Historian Ned Malet de Carteret leads the walk speaking about the history of the bays in the occupation. It will be a special chance to see the beautiful views from the headland, the woods before a mini concert in St Brelade’s churche with stunning views out to sea.
The artists include Music in Action Young Artist 2024 Omara Silvester, Iain George and the Liberation Festival String Quartet.

Music in Action is a Jersey registered charity that provides musical education to the people of Jersey including a focus on provision to disadvantaged children. The walk is up a hill and over uneven ground so is not recommended for those who are unsteady on their feet.
